AZ-ARMATUREN安策集团拥有四个工厂和两个铸件厂，用于生产高品质工业用阀门及配件生产，出口份额约60％。AZ全球员工约450人遍布于其下属各工厂，代工业务和服务网点。

As one of the leading manufacturers of cavity free plug valves and special valves, AZ-ARMATUREN supplies to production plants in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, paper, food industries as well as for nuclear power plants and many other areas. Special valves for highest demands in areas with high operating pressures and aggressive, toxic or abrasive media are designed and developed together with our customers.

In the 50 years of the company’s existence, AZ-ARMATUREN has continuously developed to meet the increasing requirements of customers active around the world and today AZ-ARMATUREN manufactures internationally on four continents.

The AZ-ARMATUREN Group produces in four plants and one foundry high quality industrial valves and accessories. Worldwide AZ-ARMATUREN employs around 600 people in its various plants, foundry operations and service locations.

AZ-ARMATUREN plants close to customers

In addition to the headquarters in Mönchweiler with Central Engineering Design, Quality Management and Purchasing, the company also produces in three other plants. Worldwide projects also require global presence, this increases the proximity to customers and results in faster, more flexible production. Products are manufactured and tested in accordance with the same quality standards in all plants.

Quality without concessions

In addition to external test institutes and delivery acceptance procedures, quality management that is lived, is an important component of our daily work. The high proportion of special manufacturing or special designs require high precision with narrow manufacturing tolerances.

Intensive inspections with PMI material analyses, x-ray imaging, 100% leak test and many other controls in the production flow assure the high quality of the valves. Extensive certifications in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or SIL underscore the high quality standard.
